SUMMARY:IL Graduation Celebration
DESCRIPTION:REGISTER HERE!!! \nRegistration for 2025 Graduation Celebration is LIVE!  The event is held again this year at the Harbert Center in Birmingham!  We have attached our list of graduating (high school or GED) youth as provided by your county.  Please review for any updates needed and provide the information in this email to your youth and their caregivers so they can arrange to participate.  Please\, let me know of any changes to the Graduate list. \n\nDRESS UP \nWe are encouraging our youth to dress up for this event!  This will be a great time to go shopping with your youth and provide them with a special incentive outfit to commemorate their achievement!  Counties can use IL funds to purchase youth’s outfit as an incentive for them to attend this occasion by using Code 6011.  Use this email as indication of approval from State DHR to purchase their outfit as an “incentive” from IL fundsthat might go over the regular incentive limit of $50 for county approval!  This can also be a great IL skill building opportunity related to appropriate clothing for events where they are being honored! \n\nSENIOR PORTRAITS \nAs with last year\, Heart Gallery will be partnering with us to provide a Senior Portraits at the event.  As they arrive to the event\, professional photographers will be present to take youth’s portrait picture to help commemorate their accomplishment.
